Purpose:

The Pack Brothers Hospitality Scholarship Program is established to support the continued education and career advancement of our dedicated team members. We believe in investing in our people and empowering them to pursue their academic and professional goals.

Program Overview

• Scholarship Name: Pack Brothers Hospitality Employee Scholarship
• Scholarship Amount: $2,500
• Number of Awards: Varies annually based on applicant pool and available funding

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must:

• Be a current employee of Pack Brothers Hospitality
• Have been employed with the company for a minimum of six (6) months at the time of application
• Be in good standing with the company (no disciplinary actions within the past 6 months)
• Be enrolled or planning to enroll in:
  • A four-year college or university
  •  two-year associate degree program
  • A professional certification or accredited trade program relevant to career growth

 

Application Requirements

Applicants must submit:

1. Completed Application Form (available at https://packbrothershospitality.com/ )
2. Proof of Enrollment or acceptance letter from an accredited institution
3. Personal Statement (500 words max) detailing:
   1. Career goals
   2. How the scholarship will assist in achieving these goals
   3. Why continued education is important to them
   4. One Letter of Recommendation from a current Pack Brothers Hospitality supervisor or manager
4. Selection Process
   1. Applications will be reviewed by a Scholarship Committee composed of company leadership and HR representatives.
   2. Selection will be based on merit, commitment to personal and professional
      development, and alignment with the company’s values.

 

Deadline & Disbursement

• Application Deadline: June 1, annually
• Recipients Notified: Within 30 days of deadline
• Funds Disbursed: Directly to the institution or reimbursed upon proof of payment and enrollment
